What do I need to apply for validation?

You need to send a confirmation email from booking sites.

If you did not have a confirmation email, please take a picture or scan your itinerary, and send it to Cansell making sure you include all of the following information 

  • Reservation name
  • Hotel name 
  • Travel Agency
  • Booking confirmation number
  • Check-in/out dates 
  • Room type
  • Smoking/Non-smoking
  • How many adults/children/babies staying
  • Breakfast/Dinner
  • Payment method 
  • Price 

Note: We currently are able to accept prepayment reservations only.  We will thoroughly validate all reservations that we receive and inform if it is sellable on Cansell within 48 hours.
